Celebrating the Launch of RAD Real Estate Co’s Unique, Lead-Generating Website!
We’re excited to announce the successful launch of RAD Real Estate Co’s new website! As their technical leadership, I’ve been deeply involved in helping the RAD Real Estate Co team set up not just this website, but also the foundational systems that power their growing brokerage. This marks another major milestone in our collaboration, following earlier projects with RAD Property Management and RAD Wine Co.
A Comprehensive Solution for a Growing Brokerage
This project wasn’t just about creating an eye-catching website. RAD Real Estate Co needed a solution that would actively drive business, helping capture and funnel leads while supporting their backend operations. From lead management to team collaboration, we worked together to ensure everything was set up for success.
In addition to the website, we implemented several key backend systems that have streamlined RAD Real Estate Co’s operations:
Google Workspace Setup: To facilitate better communication and collaboration across the team, I led the integration of Google Workspace. This allows for seamless email, file sharing, and real-time collaboration, ensuring the team stays connected and productive.
GoHighLevel for CRM and Automation: To enhance client management and marketing efforts, we integrated GoHighLevel, a powerful CRM and marketing automation tool. This platform allows RAD Real Estate Co to manage leads, automate follow-ups via email or SMS, and streamline their marketing campaigns—all from one central hub.
Comprehensive Lead Management: Beyond just capturing leads through the website, we set up a complete system for tracking and managing interactions with potential clients. This included automating follow-ups and centralizing lead data to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

While the functionality was crucial, it was just as important to ensure the site aligned with RAD Real Estate Co’s brand identity. We wanted the site to stand out, but also to feel like part of the RAD family, alongside RAD Property Management and RAD Wine Co Balancing a fresh, modern look with brand consistency was a key part of the project’s success.

This launch is only the beginning. As part of my ongoing role providing technical leadership for RAD Real Estate Co, we’re already planning the next steps for the website. One major addition on the horizon is the integration of IDX features, which will allow users to search for properties directly on the site. This will further enhance the site’s value as a tool for both clients and the RAD Real Estate Co team.
